After a brave, well-fought battle, Sheree passed peacefully on Monday, March 31st, 2025; aged 63 years.

Sheree was a renowned Cocker Spaniel breeder (Espaniel), and very active in the dog show world.
She was a pioneer in nursing informatics while at Nurse Maude, and a property manager with Bruce, in Dunedin.
Her wisdom will be missed.

A celebration of Sheree’s life will be held at 2pm on Wednesday, April 9th, in the Hornby Club function room, 17 Carmen Road, Hornby, Christchurch.

Jeremy passed away surrounded in the love of his family, on 8th March 2025 after a courageous 15 month battle with acute myeloid leukemia; aged 40 years.
Dearly loved and cherished husband and best friend of Sharmain.
Adored and devoted daddy of Bennett and Lillianna.
Treasured and dearly loved second son of Kevin and Heather.
Much loved brother, brother-in-law and friend of Ricky and Sandra, Matthew and Suzie, Robert and Kerri, fun-loving uncle of Kyle, Lachlan, Hope and Laura and precious grandson of the late Laurel Corbishley.
Also a very much loved son-in-law and brother-in-law to Karlee, Cody and Haylee, and much loved member of Sharmain’s extended family.
Sharmain, Kevin, Heather, and Karlee would like to thank all of their extended family and friends who generously donated, either privately or through the give-a-little page, to help fund Jeremy’s cancer treatment.
Sadly, he never got into remission but your financial support helped his family have a few more months of quality time with him.
He was so loved and his family are shattered to have lost such an important part of our lives.
He will always be in our hearts and will live on in the lives of his children.

Loved Oma Oma of Ezrin passed away peacefully on 3 March 2025, at the age of 81 with members of the family close by her side.
Gerda, a lifelong admirer of nature and its balance found joy in the rhythm of the seasons, the flight of migrating birds and the quiet wisdom of the forests.
Her love for the natural world now lives on in every glooming flower and whispering breeze, as well as in all the beautiful pottery sold and gifted to the community while living in Dunedin.
Our family is deeply grateful for the compassionate care provided by the incredible teams at RDNS, the Cancer Society, Otago Community Hospice, and all the dedicated medical staff.
Their unwavering support, kindness and expertise brought comfort and dignity to Gerda in her final journey.
